Log into your account online or in our app, and click "Your Plan" to edit products in your subscription. You can also always add products from our product catalog.
Absolutely — you're in control. You can always delay your next order, update your delivery cadence, order multiple shipments or cancel your subscription entirely. To delay your next delivery, sign in and click "Your Plan." Select "Edit Date" and you'll see the option to delay whichever subscription you'd like.
As a heads up, if your order has just processed or is in transit, you can't make changes to it but can update the following order.
Definitely. Updating your recommendation every few months is a great way to keep your plan tailored to your current needs. To get an updated full recommendation, click "Retake the quiz" in your account settings.
Since consistency is key for supplements, right now we don't offer our products as a one-time purchase. If you want to just try products for a month, you can place an order and pause future deliveries. No more shipments will get sent and you'll have the option to start your subscription back up whenever you choose.
