A polyphenol is a naturally occurring micronutrient with antioxidant properties that help support the immune system. The Haschberg elderberries we use are shown to contain some of the highest naturally occurring levels of these polyphenols. Unlike other processes that remove key antioxidants during the drying process, we preserve the natural levels by using a special drying technology, adding a gum guar fiber, and keeping our juice solvent-free.

To produce our elderberry extract, we use a unique membrane extraction process that avoids the use of chemicals or solvents. Once the elderberry extract is dried, sieved, and analyzed, it is shipped to the United States where it is tested and encapsulated into our liquid veggie-caps.
